• Check and change batteries in the thermostat yearly
• If problems arise with the A/C unit check that it is cleared of debris such as leaves, tall grasses, and pollen
• Yearly inspection is strongly recommended to keep units running efficiently and to keep energy bills lower
• The best time to call for clean & check services is between the months of March- June because of better availability in scheduling. Although we do offer these services year round
• It is recommended you run the equipment 2 weeks before expected use to give both homeowners and technicians time to repair equipment without having to wait or pay overtime due to it being a high season
